We have acquired a former U.S. Titan 1 Nuclear Hardened Missile Base, considered to be one of the strongest structures ever built. We redesigned this facility into Secure Luxury Condos. Our facility provides redundant systems for air, water, and power as well as facilities for medical, communications, entertainment, and living. Our goal is to provide the safest and securest living.
Multiple condo floor plans in one or two stories are available with sizes ranging from 1925 to 2880 square feet. Fake windows do not lead to the outside, they are used to give the feel of a regular above ground home and not the feeling of being in an enclosed basement type underground bunker. The concrete used in the construction was a special type of concrete for added strength. The concrete walls in the facility are between 2 feet and 11 feet thick. There was over 405,000 tons of concrete and 2400 miles of high-strength rebar used to build this facility. It was built to withstand a nuclear explosion.
The air supply for this facility is filtered by Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) filters. The facility has a water supply from two deep wells and reservoir system that includes a purification system that insures the water supply is safe. The facility also has a redundant electrical supply. These sources include the local electric grid, a large wind turbine and solar panels, and a state of the art Hydrogen fuel cell back-up generator. There is also a large sophisticated septic system which pumps waste to an above ground septic system and leach field. The entire facility has been designed for balanced sustainability.
Each residential unit is provisioned with a five-year supply of freeze-dried survival food per person for six people. This is high quality food that has a shelf life of more than 25 years and is stored in special oxygen free containers. This is high quality food that actually tastes good and comes in a large variety of entries, fruits, vegetables, desserts, and snacks. The facility also has a state of the art hydroponic lab to produce fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
This facility's design includes all infrastructure support and balanced sustainability completely off grid when in "Survival Mode". Prices are $2,000,000 to $3,500,000.

When the facility is not in "Survival Mode" the hydroponics lab will be producing and selling high quality organic fruits and vegetables to local restaurants.
